Hartco Announces Sale of ACS Division to Systemex

MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwire – March 31, 2011) – Hartco Inc. (TSX:HCI) today announced that it has come to an agreement to sell the Advanced Connectivity Solutions division (“ACS”) of Metafore Technologies Inc. (“Metafore”), its wholly-owned subsidiary, to Systemex Communications Inc. (“Systemex”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The ACS division provides cabling, Internet and related services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to a major Canadian cable services provider.

Partnerships Invest $23 Million in Four Quebec Companies

Montreal, March 22, 2011 – The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins (CRCD) announced that Caisse/Desjardins partnerships have made four more investments totalling $23 million.

12 investments totalling $62 million have been made since the fund was created in August 2010.

Systemex Communications Inc. announces Acquisition of Lignes Romarc Inc.

MONTREAL, QC – (Newswire) – September 21st, 2007 – SYSTEMEX COMMUNICATIONS INC.

(“Systemex”) an enterprise specialized in rendering infrastructure and maintenance services to cable and telecommunication companies announced the signing of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of LIGNES ROMARC INC. (“Romarc”). Under the terms of the agreement, Systemex will acquire 100 percent of the shares of Romarc, a privately held company founded in 1982 by Clément Marcoux.
